[Samba] uids/gids changed after upgrade from 3.021c to 3.023

Thanks Jerry,

I've noticed that the winbindd_idmap.tdb is different in size in
/var/lib/samba from the new /var/cache/samba path.

Does this has anything to do.  It looks to me that this could be a
starting point.

I've attached the requested files at Bugzilla Bug 3944.

I cannot reproduce any failures locally.  I've added a
request for more information to your bug report.
