[Samba] Samba client/server or both

Samba client lets you see files on the Windows machines.

Samba server lets the Windows machines see files on your computer.

To print to printers attached to Windows PCs probably the easiest
method is to install CUPS, as it will allow you to add a "printer" to
your PC that sends all print jobs to a Windows PC via Samba.
