[Samba] Please help with samba 3.0.21a on AIX 5.3

I've tried building samba 3.0.20 and 21a without luck. I've tried binaries and they all give this error. I know I am missing something but nothing points to a solution.

This configure line successfully creates a Makefile:
 ./configure --with-ads --with-winbind --with-pam --with-aio-support

Running make gives this:
