Hi,
I hope you guys can help...

We've currently go an AD domain with its Domain Functional Level set to Windows Server 2003. I've configured samba using the following software versions...

samba-3.0.21
openldap-2.3.11
db-4.4.16
cyrus-sasl-2.1.21
flex-2.5.31
autoconf-2.59
openssl-0.9.7
glibiconv-1.9.1
gcc-3.4.2
krb5-1.4.3
m4-1.4.4
bison-2.1
automake-1.9
libtool-1.5.22

However when I try to run the net ads join -U command I get

[2006/01/06 14:01:38, 0] utils/net_ads.c:ads_startup(191)
  ads_connect: Strong(er) authentication required

My configuration works fine on different Windows 2000 AD domain we have here, I've tried changing the Security Policy: Domain Controller: LDAP server signing requirements to "None" as recommended on a couple of websites and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Rich.
