[Samba] samba 3.0.21a without printig

hi,
we try to configure samba 3.0.21a _without_ printing service, but it
seems samba still try to connect to the print server.
load printers = No
disable spoolss = Yes
show add printer wizard = No
from the logs:

  Unable to connect to CUPS server localhost - Connection refused

how can i disable it totaly?
