I've noticed previous error appear on 12:00 o'clock, so I've checked cron
scripts runs around this time, but nothing founded.

As you can notice error occurred after "vsftpd" daemon runs, but this daemon
gather data files in a directory every 15 minutes, not only at 12:00
o'clock.

Also secure shell script, copy files by another location to an intranet web
server location.

Anyway seems something close to files locking, if I'm right, what you
suggest?

Just a simple question...

Does the /data directory exist?
Samba doesn't usually create a directory that doesn't exist.

Are the permissions on the directory correct?
'ls -la / | grep data'
