[Samba] ADS and sharing home directory

Hello
I am configuring Samba as a member server of ADS.My question is when i
use %S directive in [homes] section i received access denied error.if i
remove %S everything works fine. I want to know what i am doing
wrong.Below is my smb.conf file.
