[Samba] Printer migration problem

I don't think these commands work 
I tried this command in 3.020 and it works ok.
rpc printer MIGRATE PRINTERS 'printName' -U username%password -S
windowsServer --destination sambaServer
 
username and password are the user name and password to get the windows
server.
