[Samba] Commercial questions about Samba

Hi all,
    Our organization want to use SMB Server in
commercial product, so we have some commercial
question about samba:

1. The Samba is under GPL License, can we use samba in
our commercial product? or is there any other license
for commercial situation and what's the fee of it?

2. Is there commercial support exist?  What's the fee
of it?

3. Which library is necessary for use the samba.

Maybe some of questions are not suitable, but any
informations will help us a lot.
