1st. Copy the ntprinters.tdb, ntdrivers.tdb and ntforms.tdb to your new
server.
2nd. Copy the driver directory to your new server.

3rd. Copy the spooler settings. Depends on your spooler. E.g. 
printers.conf and classes.conf in case of CUPS.

That should be all.
