[Samba] Problems joining ADS Domain with Debian

My network doesn't have a wins server, how can I get samba to use dns.

Valid name resolve order settings in smb.conf are
* host ( or hosts)
* bcast
* lmhosts
* wins
Sounds like you found some bad documentation.
