[Samba] problems changing password in outlook 2003

hello all,
my clients log on with a samba 3 PDC.
They are using outlook 2003 against  a exchange 2003 sp1 installed on
a w2k3 machine.
they are able to change their password via owa, but not via outlook client.
The owa access is not enabled for all the users...

How do I eventually implement the M$ solution below 9relative to NT or
200 instead of samba) inside my samba pdc?
