[Samba] Better way to mange user account

Hello,

I have a NT4 domain. I am trying to synchronize all the users from the 
NT4 PDC, back down to the samba server. User accounts on the NT4 machine 
do not change that often, but when they do I would like a way to sync 
the accounts on both machines. If there is a better solution I am open 
to suggestions.
