[Samba] how to know local path ?

I tried
mli at michael:/home/mli/tmp> rpcclient 192.168.1.78 -U username%password 
-c 'netsharegetinfo public'
cmd = netsharegetinfo public
command not found: netsharegetinfo
mli at michael:/home/mli/tmp> rpcclient 192.168.1.78 -U username%password 
-c 'dir'
cmd = dir
command not found: dir

What did I do wrong ?
or is there some setup in Windows side ?
