[Samba] Cross-compiling failed for sh4 platform

When trying to compile samba 3.0.22 for the sh4 platform I got the
following error:

checking for _open64... no
checking for __open64... yes

configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling
See `config.log' for more details.
In config.log I found the following error:

Can someone help me? I have to integrate this on a build environment on x86.
I could run "configure" directly on the sh4 platform.
