[Samba] Usernames charset

Hello
I'm using unix accounts / tdb / usermap for authorizing users. I've got 
problems with nt usernames with nonascii characters. I've tried putting 
usernames in iso2 and in utf8 into smbusers mapping file, but it doesn't 
seem to work.
I can't login using the same charset in smbclient.
unix / dos charset settings work ok for filenames, but don't seem to 
work for usernames.
What else should I try, to use iso2/utf8 users/passwords?
