I did the same thing:
DROP tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:445
Personally, I have never thought that the engineers over there don't
understand network services. I just think they take it upon themselves to
re-define and re-write them as they see fit, expecting the rest of the
world to follow the pied piper...
