[Samba] can't connect to osx 10.3 from win2k

Hi Mark!

Please turn of Digitally Sign Communnications in Domain & Local  
security policy on the win boxes as this "feature" is not supported  
by samba under os x.

Can you access folders from OS X on Win boxes?
