[Samba] change in winbindd behavior

Thanks for the rapid response.

I had searched the archives (August and September at least) and hadn't
found this.  Perhaps I needed to look earlier or search for something
other than the case of the returned user list.

Anyway....

I applied the winbindd patch found at samba.org/samba/patches and now
the computer accounts are returned all upper case and the users are
returned all lower case, but winbind seems to now be ignoring the
'winbind use default domain = yes' option in the smb.conf file as all
returned accounts (user and computer) are prefixed with the NetBIOS
domain name...
