[Samba] Samba Printing Extremely Slow from Windows XP

Server running:

Redhat 9, samba-2.2.12-0.90.6.legacy:	Slow print from XP
Fedora 3, samba-3.0.10-1.fc3:		Fast print from XP
Fedora 4, samba-3.0.14a-2:		Slow print from XP
