[Samba] USRMGR.EXE doesn't work anymore.

ok.  Can you folks try out the patch at

http://samba.org/~jerry/patches/regcreatekey_v1.patch

and let me know if that fixes the usrmgr.exe failures
you are seeing?  It should at least fix the REG_CREATE_KEY_EX
failures in the logs.
