[Samba] Authentication problem with Mysql backend

Yes, all Samba users must exist in the OS.  This is why I am mystified
by the number of people who want to use MySQL to back Samba :-)

I strongly suggest following the pdb_ldap route, and use nss_ldap to
provide the users to the OS.
