[Samba] Broken Profiles

I have been running a Samba server for several months.  It is acting as 
a PDC and we are using roaming profiles.

I recently had to rebuild several PCs and some of the profiles worked 
for a while and others stopped working right off.

The error we are getting is

"Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. The parameter is 
incorrect."

I know this says "Locally" but after a fresh rebuild of a PC it pulls 
the profile off the server.


I read some stuff about a corrupt NTUSER.DAT file.   I tried replacing 
it... no luck.

Can anyone help?
