it's:

add machine script = /usr/local/sbin/smbldap-useradd -t 30 -w '%u'


the -t 30 option there is because Samba servers are not on the same 
machine as OpenLDAP master (which is far away over WAN/VPN); this option 
is also available in newer version of smbldaptools I think (>0.90 ?).
