[Samba] Best way to upgrade domain from control by 2.2.5 PDC to control by 3.0.20b PDC

Do not mix Samba-2.x and Samba-3.x in DC roles. You should update the PDC to 
Samba-3 before setting up the Samba-3 BDC.
