[Samba] Problem to detect changes in directory

Yes this is a limitation in Samba. I have a patch to fix this
that's (shamefully) being sitting in my inbox for about a year...

I'm intending to add in support for Linux inotify with this patch
for probably the 3.0.22 release (it's too invasive for 3.0.21
right now).
