[Samba] winbind - getent problem

If the login start with a number, il can cause some problems.
linux account must be [a-Z][a-Z0-9]+  
but a number at start seems to be allowed
but getent look at first char to differenciate a login from a uid.
mandriva is patched against that, debian isn't.
for suse I don't know.
