[Samba] failing WINS test #1

Hi Samba users,
I'm using  a typical Samba 3.0.14a PDC/Ldap setup. The pdc is also the 
WINS server.
The wins server is working perfectly with one exception. The server 
cannot query itself.
I searched through log.nmbd and this is what i found :

Anybody know what failing WINS test #1 means ?
