[Samba] samba 3.0.10

Hello,
 
I have a problem with samba.
 
I want to restrict the access to a share. But with NT users.
 
Ex: I have to give write access to users fquintans and epinto (NT users) to the share testeedu.
 
I´m using net join command to join the NT domain.
