[Samba] unable to connect to the SMB server from WIN XP

I am unable to connect to the SMB server from a WIN XP system.  I was able
to join the DOMAIN using the net command.

to machine <PDC SERVER NAME>. Error was : STATUS_BUFFER_OVERFLOW.
