Zachary,  The simplest way at the moment that I
have personally tested is to use usrmgr.exe (or the
MMC plugin) against the latest SAMBA_3_0 svn tree.
There were a couple of bugs in the 3.0.14a source
in this area.  And still a few more to clear up.
My estimate is that this feature will be much more
stable in the next release.
