Thanks. I will try use chroot if this setup will became persistent
(hopefully not). 

Can you estimate possible impact for winbind calls you mentioned in your
email with "auth methods = guest sam ntdomain" enabled ?

This looks correct to me, but watch that other parts of Samba make
winbind calls.  A chroot might be more appropriate if you have different
setups on the same machine.
