[Samba] sending messages via smbclient fails beginning with version 3.0.1 2

Use "smbclient -p 139 -M ..." or try this patch against 3.0.13:

Don't know, why nobody answers, if this patch is ok or not. But with 
this patch, sending messages is possible again.
