It's a defenciency in in how printers are initialized on
the Samba server. There some really awful code in
http://www.samba.org/~jerry/src/win32/ that can handle this
for you.
You have to add the driver on the client and the run the
addforms.exe tool. It's not very smart. It will add every
non-default form installed on the client to the server.
It's more proof of concept on what would need to be done.
Maybe one day I (or someone) will write a proper tool.
Maybe after the 3.0.13 release.....
