Not based on my understanding.  The assigned privileges are shared
among DC's but not domain members.

on a Samba DC, use 'net groupmap'  set the type to 'local'.  You can do
nested group support using winbind if you want that.  For example,
adding the domain admins group to the UNIX wheel group.
