[Samba] permissions modified on shared excel files

Have a look at the various mask settings (SWAT's a good help for looking
at what's possible, but i don't use it for real). 3.0.11 here, but it
should be the same across the board.
I have:
create mask = 0770
security mask = 0770
directory mask = 0770
directory security mask = 0770
inherit permissions = Yes
In [global] It's probably overkill, but can be modified in each share and
avoids what you describe.
