[Samba] nmbd as wins server

Hi,
 
I get constantly every some secondes this entry in log.nmd

Setting wins server or not does not change anything. The problem I have is, that a system from a different subnet can't query the wins server and wins.dat is empty (should be the pdc itself be in there?)
