[Samba] Smbd processes out of control

It happens here on FC3 x86_64, samba 3..0.15pre everyday - after a week
there are more than 1000 smbd processes. First 'service smb stop' does
not kill all of them, but 2nd does.
I see in log files:
*** glibc detected *** free(): invalid pointer: 0x00002aaaab090580 ***
