Thanks, though from the FAQ:

"Windows NT Small Business Server

Q: Is UPromote compatible with Windows NT Small Business Server?

A: No. SBS is hard-coded to always be a PDC. It lacks the intrinsic capability to run as a standalone server."

Presumably, if you uninstall SBS, you might then be able to remove the DC capability?
