[Samba] Serious Slowness Issues with Printing

Tim,

  Look into Push Bit Acknowledgement.

On OpenBSD 3.x, I had to edit /etc/sysctl.conf
and add "net.inet.tcp.ackonpush=1" to correct
my sloooow printing.
