[Samba] file access

Hello all,

  I have a group folder on my samba server that has  770 permissions
and to inherit permissions.  All  but one user can read and write to
all files with no problem. I have the smb share set up to change the
group name anytime a file is added.   When this certain user creates a
file in the share the group name won't change.  Has anyone ever seen
this, and if so how did you rectify it?
