[Samba] samba ldap cannot modify account

Hi,

I have 2 problem on samba 3 with ldap :
Some stuff before :

Debian sarge
ii  samba          3.0.14a-3

1 /i cannot modify user with usrmgr with a account member of domain admin :
I have this error :

2/ I cannot login on domain with administrator user i have .
    but with a freshly created user i can .
