[Samba] file sync problems

using samba 3.0.14A on debian sarge samba is acting as a PDC and  users
roaming profiles.
when ever users log off, windows attempts to synchronize all the files for
every user who has ever logged on that system, and because they have not
authenticated, it fails, is there a way to tell the windows machine only
to sync for the currently logged on user?
