[Samba] Managing WIndows user account from unix

Hi all,
please could you tell me if is it possible to manage windows user account from unix system?
I've a samba server which acts as domain member. Can I change password/enable/disable a windows domain account?
If I i'm not mistaken when the security option in set to "domain" samba server uses domain password servers to authenticate users but there is no way to interact with them in other way. Viceversa winbind is used to manage unix user accounts from windows pdc server.
