[Samba] Logon Script not executing upon login

Try:
chmod 744 logon.bat
and:
perl -pi -e 's/\r\n/\n/g' logon.bat
just to confirm it's on dos format.
The permissions setting doesn't appear to be listed in the Samba Guide.
