[Samba] Can mount shares but not "net use" them

I turns out that the problem was that the two problem machines (the only
two dual-homed boxes, as it stands, which led me in the wrong direction),
didn't have the "Workstation" service started. Once I started that
service on the XP workstation, they were able to do everything perfectly.
Grr.
