[Samba] smb_get_length 2GB error

Are you mounting the filesystem with the smbfs filesystem type?  The
smbfs module has a 2 Gb filesize limit.  Try using cifs filesystem instead.
mount -t cifs //smb_server/share /mnt/samba -o username=myuser,
password=mypassword
