[Samba] lpt problem

hi,
i have a dos programm running on a w2k client, let's call it b_client,
in a samba3 domain ( samba 3, suse 9.3 as primary
domain controller).
This dos programm starts with a config batch file ordering:

net use lpt3 \\a_client\a_printer

and runs on b_client, but thought not sending error messages, it doesn't print anything.
On a_client, i.e. where the printer is connected, i can see the print-queue telling there's a
low priority file queuing but with 0 bytes and 0 pages.
Any idea about what to do?
