[Samba] location of user profile

there are few things to mention about roaming profiles if You didn't use 
them yet.

the most important are:

1) use UPHClean service from Microsoft, it is dirty hack, but it will save 
a bunch of time solving problems with roaming profiles.

2) redirect "Desktop" and "My Documents" flders out of profile.
