[Samba] W2K Workstation not reading NTConfig.pol

I have disabled the "execute" under start menu,
control panel, display properties... just visible
things to make sure that the policy file loaded
correctly. I will tune it up later.

Anyway, I will come back to work on tuesday. I will
keep trying then.
